This Agreement is made on (date/month/year) between Party A and Party B agreement to the following terms and condition:

 

Validity & Effective period

 

This agreement is valid from the accepted agreement date of  both parties and shall be effective until  date/month/year.

 

Namxan River Tours Rate

 

Party B can select from any of PACKAGEs of Namxan River Tour Co. Ltd. that mentioning in another page of our traveling program with its rate.

 

Our Situation

  1. All inquires shall be answered within 24 working hours by both parties:
  2. Payment: The  payment must be done before arrival date of  passengers.. if booking more than 2 months prior to departure, a payment of at least 20% of the total price must be paid. The balance of the tour cost must be paid in full no later thant 2 months before the tour departure date ( or soon as possible if booking less thatn 2 months prior to departure ).
  3. Should Party B bookings come through a third party reservation system with which commission and/or voiding commission involved.

  3. Insurance: Travel insurance is compulsory for all people traveling with Namxan River Tour. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We also advise cover against cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effect.
  5. Passport and Visas: People must carry a valid passport and obtain the relevant Visas when traveling with Namxan River Tou . The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. Namxan River Tour can not accept responsibility if entry is denied to a country due to incorrect visa  or  passport.

      Note: Travelers can get Visas on arrival at International entry border of Lao PDR
      with the price 30$/pax for authority fee, free of charge for the elders, also visas
      can be requested for extension when completed 30 days of staying.

  2. Complaints: IF you have a complaint about your tour, you must make it known to your tour guide leader as soon as possible so that he/she is able to take appropriate  action at the earliest opportunity. If you are not satisfied with our response and  you feel your enjoyment of the tour will be significantly affected you hould  contact our head office.
  2. Responsibility: For Eco-tourism and at up-country, when booking on a Namxan River Tour, you acknowledge that travel on a Namxan River Tour requires a degree of flexibility, and understand that the itinerary, accommodation and modes of transport are subject to change  without prior notice due to local circumstances.
  3. Namxan River Tour will not  accept responsibility of liability for any traveler who 

contravene law or regulation of any country visitation.

Forces major

In the event of any cause beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, Natural, Disasters, Acts of war or terrorism, Strike, order or Regulations of the Governments etc… Party A will bear no responsibility for not providing services, accommodation, meals, Laundry, transportation or any other services as agreed between
Party A and Party B.

 

Passengers Transfer

In the event Party A is unable to provide services for passengers with continued reservations. Party A will organize to it’s best endeavors to transfer passengers to alternative operator.

 

Taxes and Service charges

Party A reserves the right to adjust rates for the duration of the present Agreement in the event of tax and service charge alternations by the relevant authorities.

 

Confidentiality

All rates quoted in this Agreement are strictly confidential and not to be published in any media or otherwise disclosed for whatever reason or purpose. In case of violation of confidentiality. Party A reserves the right to terminate the present Agreement with Party B without any notice.

 

This agreement is made in two copies in English. Party B is to return a notice to Party A,  authorized signature and company seal to Party A within one week,  via facsimile or others possible methods, also need frequently notice to Party A if delay. Otherwise, the offer shall be deemed null and void.
